Polman’s Huis

The Polman’s Huis has never ceased to amaze its guests throughout it’s long landmark-history in the old city centre of Utrecht, the Netherlands. Once a church, gentlemen’s club and library, now high-end bar restaurant and hotel partly located in the modern annex. The apéro bar is a comfortable start of a culinary journey hosted by the afamed chef. The 10 meter heigh ceilings of the monumental restaurant make sure to intrigue and surprise. Contemporary comfort and design in a listed building, creating a wonderful harmony of contrast.
