Paleis het Loo restaurant
Nationaal Museum Paleis het Loo celebrates the Dutch monarchies and its rich history. Renovated by Kaan Architecten and re-opened in 2023, Studio Linse designed the restaurant & bar and former ballroom, now multifunctional event space. The former Koningin Wilelminazaal and adjacent historic ballroom were transformed into welcoming and inviting locations to eat, drink, dine and meet. Palace-made lush bouquets and bespoke decorative Delfts Blue plates as a backdrop to the bar characterize the restaurant, with its generous royal blue banquette as a velvety and comfortable centrepiece. Contemporary circular pendant lights mirror the antique chandeliers in the ballroom, where furniture can be wheeled away and stacked in order to clear the space for big or small events and parties.
